  • We are currently only client pickup.

    However, there can be situations where we partner with a delivery company where they will do the delivery/pickup for us and will quote you separately and quickly.

  • No, we are strictly a DIY rental company.

  • We have two options:

    1 - Pickup night before your event and drop off morning after your event

    2 - Pickup morning of your event and drop off evening/night next day

    Note: We will assign an exact time for pickup & drop-off.

  • Depending on our inventory, we can offer something custom. Please contact us with the full details of your set up.

  • Yes, we require a $150 deposit at the time of booking to confirm your rental. Before pickup, we also require you to fill out a credit card preauthorization via Stripe that puts a temporary pending hold of $500 on your card. This is returned once the kit is returned to us without any damage or missing items.

  • For any rentals advertised with balloons, a balloon kit and electric pump (rental) is provided. Most customers opt in for our $50 pre-made balloon garland service where we pre-make the entire garland for you and you clamp it on yourself.

  • Nope! All our modern collection kits fit into a SUV/Van/Pickup Truck. Our classic kits fit into a midsized sedan as well. It is very important you come with the backseats fully folded down and cleared (no one should be sitting back there)!

  • We only have what we have put on our website, Instagram page, and booking form.
